Subdomains are individual Web addresses built upon a pre-existing domain name, e.g. sub.example.com. For example, if you wish to have a separate web site for your sales department, you could create a subdomain called sales.example.com. This way the URL of your sales web site will look more professional and thus add to the total competence of your web presence.
With MaximaHosting you can have as many subdomains as you need. We offer up to seven subdomains as part of our Gold hosting package and 21 for our Platinum package. If you need more, there is a small one-time fee of $5 per additional subdomain for the Gold package or $3 for the Platinum package. |
